Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid plans offered by PriceWhisper, operated by Fitts Company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing any paid plan, you agree to this policy.
We have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent. Because PriceWhisper provides immediate access to the Service upon purchase, our refund windows are limited and condition-based. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page at pricewhisper.ai. Include your account email so we can locate your transaction quickly.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan carries no charge. There is nothing to refund.
2. Explorer Plan
2.1 General Policy
The Explorer plan is a monthly subscription at $7.99/month that begins immediately upon purchase. Because access and your 150-Ask allocation begin at the moment of purchase, refunds are limited.
2.2 Refund Eligibility
A full refund on an Explorer charge may be granted if all of the following conditions are met:
- You have not used any Asks (price checks) in the current billing cycle
- Your refund request is submitted within 24 hours of the charge
If these conditions are met, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your account will revert to the Free plan upon refund.
We cannot issue refunds for Explorer if: you have used one or more Asks in the billing cycle, the request is made after 24 hours of the charge, or the request relates to a cycle other than the most recent one.
2.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your Explorer subscription at any time to stop future charges. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current month's charge. Access continues until the end of your paid billing cycle. See Section 5 for cancellation instructions.
3. Pro Annual Plan
3.1 5-Day Satisfaction Window
The Pro Annual plan is an annual subscription at $39.99/year. We offer a full refund within 5 days of your initial purchase or annual renewal, provided you have used fewer than 10 Asks during that period.
To request a refund under this policy:
- Contact us through our Contact Us page within 5 days of your purchase or renewal date
- Include your account email address
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your account will revert to the Free plan upon refund.
3.2 After 5 Days
After the 5-day window has passed, the Pro Annual plan is non-refundable. Your access continues until the end of your current paid annual period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges. See Section 5 for cancellation instructions.
3.3 Renewal Refunds
The same 5-day / 10-Ask policy applies to annual renewals. If your plan renews automatically and you wish to request a refund, you must do so within 5 days of the renewal charge and have used fewer than 10 Asks since renewal.
We send a renewal reminder email at least 7 days before your Explorer or Pro Annual plan renews. If you did not receive this reminder and were charged unexpectedly, contact us immediately through our Contact Us page; we will review your case individually.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us through our Contact Us page before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing issues directly and promptly.
If a chargeback is filed without prior contact, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the associated account. Fraudulent chargebacks may be disputed with supporting transaction evidence.
5. Cancelling Your Subscription
To cancel the Explorer monthly subscription or Pro Annual auto-renewal and avoid future charges:
- Go to your account settings at pricewhisper.ai and cancel from there, or
- Contact us through our Contact Us page with a cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next billing or renewal date
Cancelling does not end your current paid period. You retain full access until the end of the period you have paid for. No partial refund is issued for the unused portion of a cancelled plan.
6. Consumer Rights
This policy does not override any legal rights you have as a consumer in your country or region.
- European Union and United Kingdom: Consumer protection laws may give you the right to cancel a digital service within 14 days of purchase (known as the “cooling-off period”). However, when you start using PriceWhisper immediately after purchase, which happens automatically, you may be considered to have waived this right under applicable law. If you believe you are entitled to a statutory cancellation, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
- California, USA: You may have additional rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
- Other jurisdictions: If your local consumer protection laws provide stronger refund rights than this policy, those laws apply.
We recommend consulting a legal professional if you have questions about your specific rights. We are committed to honoring applicable consumer protection laws.
7. How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted through our Contact Us page at pricewhisper.ai.
Include in your message:
- The email address associated with your account
- The plan you purchased (Explorer or Pro Annual) and the date of purchase
- The reason for your request
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice before they take effect. Purchases made before the effective date of any change are subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
